Why is there a discrepancy for the data usage between my phone and computer? My computer says I went over on data and my phone says I still have data left? I'm not paying overage fees again for a technical issue on Verizon's behalf, they already take enough money from me as it is.
What phone do you have? Verizon will not take the phone's information as evidence of not having used your mobile data.
