I continue to drop calls on wifi calling too. It is getting worse as more visitors on their phones come into the area of 59936. I'm having to use a land line for my work and cannot take calls without dropping or frustrating the caller - wondering what I am paying for at Verizon? Up until now service has been really good. both customer service and reception. Please help.

We're sorry to read that you're having issues with your service and we want to help. When did this issue begin? What kind of signal is your device showing when connected to the Verizon network? ~Peter

I continue to drop calls on wifi calling too, it has helped a little bit but does not allow for quality calls and is not a satisfactory solution.

As I've explained several times, I am in a vacation area but live here year round.  I am not the only Verizon customer here with this problem.  The service is terrible.  It is getting worse as more visitors on their phones come into the area of 59936 and as more people routinely carry and frequently use their phones.  I'm having to use a land line for my work and cannot take calls on my cell phone without dropping or frustrating the caller.

I am wondering what I am paying for at Verizon? The summer service has gotten progressively worse every year.  I understand we aren't an area that Verizon can put in a tower etc., but cannot Verizon work with other providers' towers to help cover the summer heavy load at Glacier National Park MT?

Nothing inside my house or service has otherwise changed.  I had very good service with Verizon a few years ago.  Its been getting progressively worse, and now, most of the time I have one bar at my office, not even enough to make or take a call.

Until Verizon does something to improve the reception in this area, I am going to have this complaint.  I know too many people who are researching alternative providers now because of this problem.  Including me.

How can you help?  Thank you, Mary

I'm sorry to hear you are having dropped calls. I appreciate the information. I'm showing that you are several miles from a tower. This can cause signal to degrade when more users are in the area. We do recommend Wi-Fi calling but if that doesnt help with dropped calls that could be an issue. Does service improve outside? When did this start?-Joe
