Called customer service before making this post. Representative answered the line acting like he wanted nothing to do with me before I even spoke. (hope its recorded for quality and training purposes)

Deleting egift card as a pay method after you finally get it to work to pay a 1 month bill.
Removing the option to use a gift card to pay the bill ahead. You should be able to apply the entire egift card amount to pay your bill head instead of removing it from the list.
Verizon - this is a shady practice used by online casino's. They are quick to take your money but if you actually are owed something by them they make it near impossible to withdraw anything...
