failure to issue credits

Hello,

I am a new customer and my first autodraft was scheduled for today.

When I reviewed my first bill, I saw several discrepabcies and called Verizon.

I spoke with Haley on 8/6/24 at 12:45 pm, spent over 40 minutes on the phone (I do normally get paid for my time) and was assured that credits will be issued and reflected on the current bill.

Today full amount was drafted. I called back (currently on the phone, 30 min in - again, how can I be reimbursed for mytime). Speaking to Carlos, call started at 2:05 pm. Carlos told me that I will see credits on the next bill, but that he is not able to refund.

That was not your money to take, you did not have my authorization to draft this amount, and is in breach of contract. I request that someone reaches back out to me and a) issues me a refund for the amount overcharged and b) reimburses me for my time that I had to invest due to YOUR error.
