fraudulant international charges

very upset to have been charged for an international call that DID NOT originate from my phone.  Roaming off, wifi calling off

considering the overwhelming number of complaints in this regards suggests this is a security issue.  what is verizon doing to rectify this problem?

this was not a problem when we had SPRINT.  If your customers are expected to pay for calls that werent made then that smells like a class action suit in the making.
