how do i report a verizon wireless representative?

the manager at the verizon wireless store near adams morgan in DC was extremely rude and disrespectful. he was yelling at me to get off the phone which made it nearly impossible for me to hear what the customer service person was saying on the phone. he told me i was keeping him from working when no other customer was in the store and he was outside smoking. he would only poke his head in to yell at me. then, after 20 minutes on the phone, i returned the store phone to him and informed him that i had only been on the phone for twenty minutes instead of the 90 minutes he was claiming. his response was to tell me to "get the **** out of his store. i took down his name so i could report him. the other man who was also working there was extremely helpful and apologetic about me having to deal with his manager. i would like to report the manager but give the other man a very thankful note.
