What does the $100 include?
Did you purchase a phone and agree to pay it off in monthly installments? Is that why your monthly payments are substantially higher than the $65 you had indicated was the cost of your plan? If so, don't purchase your next phone on a payment plan. THAT cost will fall off of your monthly bill once you have completed all of your monthly payments.
You can't sign up for a monthly plan with a monthly cost of $65 AND purchase a phone with a monthly payment of $35 and expect your TOTAL monthly payments to then only be $65. If you want a bill closer to your just your plan cost, DON'T choose to tack on additional feesto your monthly bill which then increases your monthly bill.
If you want a lower monthly bill, you could always pay off your device, thereby lowering your monthly bill by the amount of your monthly phone payment OR you could choose a lower cost monthly plan.

I'm in the SAME boat & the employees do NOTHING about it. There's hidden fees I can't even view & I was told I'd get a "discount" for setting up auto pay, not ONCE has my bill ever come closer to 65 a month. I traded in an $800 phone for a $1200 phone that isnt even worth half & paid the difference the FIRST visit in full. No one has any explanation or SOLUTION for the extremely INCONVENIENT expensive bill & no one will do anything about the false advertisement & it's EXTREMELY vexing.
