iPhone connected to band 66, states deactivated and not configured?

Why would my field test on iPhone 14 constantly state it's connected to band 66, when it states that band is not configured and or deactivated?
The field test constantly shows iPhone connected to band 66, yet that band says it's deactivated and the UL state is not configured? Leaving bands 13 and 48 as the only 2 options.
note: band 2 is also deactivated and not configured?

Thank you for reaching out with your iPhone concern. I apologize as we're not able to see your pictures through this platform. So we can get things in the right direction, are you attempting an initial activation?

No. I periodically check FTM and every time I do it says I'm connected to band 66? Yet it's not activated and not set up for that band ?
