I have twice experienced that all 5 iPhones on my account turns on SOS satellite mode. The phones are spread over 3 states so I am really worried that Verizon is not paying attention to what appears a network or account breach.
Once the phone is in this mode we can do nothing to get it back out.
The SOS satellite mode selection is turned OFF.
I URGE Verizon to get this under control and stop telling people to reset their network settings. This has nothing to do with the error. Again 5 phone in 3 states entering SOS satellite at the same time....!?

Hello, soren1974. Help is here as we know how important it is to stay connected. Please share more info. Which state are the phones in? Are they back online now?

Have you gotten new eSIMs for the iPhones in question? I am assuming they are newer generation iPhones which are eSIM only. There were a lot of reports early last month where people had a lot of trouble even getting an eSIM to activate. Then the outage affecting eSIM phones which occurred on September 30 could have messed up your eSIM. I suspect Verizon is still tweaking things on their end.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
