My phone just stopped working today and does not have any connection to the Verizon Network. I can send and receive iMessages and that is it. If I try to make a call, it will say call failed, and when people try to call me, it goes straight to VM.
It keeps switching from having bars to SOS. I have rebooted my phone multiple times and done all of the troubleshooting. This is happening to all phones on my Verizon account, and is happening or has been over the past two days to others that have Verizon accounts.

If the problem has 4 pages of complaints why not post a solution publicly?

Probably because there is no solution. I spent time with them in the chat and got nowhere. I think they’re making tower changes and dealing with 5G issues. I think they took the LTE circuit down near our house and all that’s left is 5G where you have to be right next to the tower. My father in law came over the other day with AT&T…. 4 bars throughout the house. I HATE to switch back to them….. and I mean HATE…. But might not have a choice. WiFi calling only works when internet is up.

I agree. The problem seems to be there is no solution. No amount of resetting or setting changes makes a difference. The problem must be changes that Verizon is making to their towers and not a problem with the phones. For me it is only occurring at home where I previously had great signal. I've been with Verizon since 1990 before it was Verizon, and this may be the deal breaker.
