My phone just stopped working today and does not have any connection to the Verizon Network. I can send and receive iMessages and that is it. If I try to make a call, it will say call failed, and when people try to call me, it goes straight to VM.
It keeps switching from having bars to SOS. I have rebooted my phone multiple times and done all of the troubleshooting. This is happening to all phones on my Verizon account, and is happening or has been over the past two days to others that have Verizon accounts.

I am having the same problem and have done all the recommended resets. I personally know 4 other Verizon customers who are continually experiencing the same issues— no service— going into SOS mode randomly— it matters not the location- this is occurring in my own home as well as in other locations that I formerly had superior connectivity. This systemic dysfunction is unacceptable! Come on, Verizon! Fix this!

Same thing. Been going on for over a week. Extremely frustrating. I work from home and used to have great service in my home office. Now it’s just SOS. I’m about ready to switch back to AT&T.

Hi Verizon,
I, too, am having frequent, random loss of cell signal and reversion to SOS Only Mode. It feels like it started about a week ago on my iPhone 8, iOS 16.5. I've done all the described resets without improvement. Any additional advice would be appreciated.

I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps. The only thing that works is wi-fi calling. But then I can't receive text messages. Whatever tower changed recently.... please change it back.
