For the last 2 months or so the customers of Hollis ok have to go outside to make a phone call. At least one that won't drop. The signal outside is -109dbm to -119dbm, inside it is from -115dbm to -124dbm. At that strength there is no way to use the phone inside, or hardly outside for that matter. We were run through the ringer, changed phones, changed sim card, un-installed programs, installed programs, they have done everything at the main office to show the problem to be in our phone and not only in their system. I know that over 90% of the trouble tickets that have been received in the local office have been from the Hollis area, at least within the last few months. They say it is a faulty mobile cell phone booster in the area that is causing the interference. This excuse is getting old. How long is this problem going to exist? Is Verizon going to continue to drag their feet on this issue? Or do the good paying customers of Verizon in the Hollis community need to find themselves a new provider?
