lost voice mail

I just down graded one of my lines from an Iphone 5 to an old LG flip phone...the phone works fine but I lost my voicemail. When I try to sign in at the prompt, it says can't find number.

Any Ideas?

I'm sorry to learn of the lost voice mails BKohler1964! Apple products have a different voicemail platform than any other operating system phones. Moving from an iPhone to an Andriod will cause voice mails to be lost. I apologize for the inconvenience.
