Verizon continues to debit my account for service that was cancelled and paid off.
The day I paid off my phones and switched carriers Verizon closed all access to my account.
I can't sign in to stop auto pay and i can't get help on the website because it says i have to sign in.
The customer service for this company is non existent!

I'm human, so I can most certainly understand how seeing charges when your services were disconnected can be alarming, fbarnett4188. We deeply apologize for the trouble you've had trying to get support & are here to help. When you switched your phone lines, did you have any data only devices (tablet, Jetpack, etc) on the VZW account? What happens when you use the link here: http://spr.ly/6604KWhKr to log into your disconnected account? You will need the account owners last name, a mobile number associated with the account & the billing zip code.

I am having a similar experience, Verizon overcharged me $1,000+tax for a defective phone I returned on tim. I have had a conversation with them more than 5 times about this, and they keep giving me the run around. I am considering legal action.

Yea they have been taking 27 dollars out of my account randomly until I noticed today. I called and they said they have no record of it which is even more suspicious. I’m probably going to change my phone carrier once I get my money back unless they make it right. Pretty sus thing to do, Verizon. Not cool.
