new sim card ...Sorry your SIM card doesn’t work on our network!!!!!!

You gave me this sim card, how is this possible. When I call verizon 866.221.4096 and enter my cell phone number, it says "the number you dialed is reserved for internal business use by verizon" and dumps me into the general automated ivr.

I have 2 phones that we ported from Verizon to another carrier. I have been contacting Verizon almost daily to resolve this with NO HELP!!!  I have 2 phones that are locked that say call Verizon customer service but nobody helps to fix this! Now when I enter my number in the automated system I get a message saying " your number is being reserved for internal business use" SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
