Why does my phone never get internet at the office even though I have signal? It's frustrating because it makes me think I have service but instead I'm waiting for a page never to load.
LTE is slower than most varieties of 5G to begin with. But if your phone is perpetually showing LTE instead of 5G, I'm wondering if you are being deprioritized due to your service plan. Or there is no 5G service in your area? If your neighborhood doesn't have 5G on the towers, then another potential cause is the towers are overwhelmed during the day with all the traffic on them. Network congestion slows everybody's data speeds down.
It was the plan, I switched to their newer plan and now it hasn’t been an issue. Its only when I was in the office and for some reason they don’t have 5G in the middle of Midland Tx.
