I have the same issue. I have to leave my house or stand at the kitchen window to get service. I don’t think it’s Terrain or dead zones at all because 1) I have had this service for 7+ years it worked up to 4 years in and then degraded over time to no service and 2) other people who don’t use Verizon come to my house and their service works just fine throughout my house. Including boost mobile, AT&T and t mobile. Why should I pay anything aboce the $400/mo we pay Verizon to give my family service at home
