I am considering setting up parental controls to prevent texting from my daughter's phone during school hours. She is worried about missing "important" text messages. Will text messages sent to her during a time restriction be lost, or will they be delivered later?
Thanks.

Actually, I don't think so. I turn my daughter's phone off from 10 pm to 6 am on weekdays and she gets mad because she doesn't get any of the texts that are sent during that time. Oh well! There is no need for the phone to be on all night!

The messages that are sent while the phone is off WILL be delivered once the phone is turned back on...maybe not immediately but within a few minutes...once the phone gets a signal.
Possibly no one sent her messages overnight? They were all sleeping like good little girls and boys? (HA HA!)
