How do I stop my son from using his phone at school, without deactivating it? I have everything set that I can on Family Base but he can get around that!
Maybe it is time to enforce the art of removing the device from their person until they can learn responsibility and prove to you they can be trusted to follow the house rules or suffer the consequences.

Agreed. Any they don't need smartphones. Maybe switch him to a simple basic phone will do the trick.
Family base it the only way I know of to keep him from using it during certain times and if his school has wifi then he can just hook up to that and get around the limits there.
