I have been a customer of Verizon for many years. I have lived in my home for 3 years now and for the passed 3-4 months my reception has been very bad. What is going on with the service in San Tan Valley, Az??!!!!!
Teragn34 we want you to have great service all over. Let's get this fixed. Are you having trouble while you are outside your home as well? If so how far away do you need to travel for service to improve? I looked and our mapping system could not pull up San Tan Valley, AZ could you please provide a zip code for the area you are having this trouble in?

I am currently having the same issue and it’s been this way for years. But now I am a delivery driver and I depend on my phone to do my job so when I can’t get cell service/internet connection, I miss orders, can’t start or complete orders and can’t get my driving directions for my route. This is extremely frustrating and everyone is always complaining about how horrible it is. Can you please build a tower out here?!
