Hello, I would like to know where to send and what data is needing to be sent to report service dead zones in San Diego, Ca. One of the two has full 5 bars of service but completely stops working for data and the other drops all service. Both locations have been this way for several years and cause issues not just for myself but for everyone that passes through these areas.
