hi guys, This is a special message to Verizon Tech Support:

just dropping by to say thank you to Phone Support And the supervisor of Phone Support

I wanted to say thanks again for bringing me back online. My issue is resolved you guys are great i appreciate your kindness and help. Thought i would let you guys know how i feel

This Site here is A peer to peer Forum were We the Customers help each other we issues arise there are Time's that Actual Verizon Employees visit the Sight).  But the ones that help you with your Issue were from phone Support or from an Area of that Division but if you do need help in Further issues Just let us Know we'll try to help as much as we can..

Dear B33, thank you for letting me know thanks for correcting me my issue was could not access the forum for days did anyone else have the same issue? but able to again thanks phone support and thank you B33 for your kindness to me very nice of you. I did not know were else to post a kind message golyar44

No problem Greg just glad you were able to get the Issue Fixed The Site has had some issues in the Last Month i think there updating and Such i Know there are Several that can't Delete there Avatar's i'm one of them with this Pop Up asking to go to Oracle this shouldn't be Happening)  I got a hold of the Forum Manager and she's trying to Escalate the Issue to get it Resolved i'm sure there are a few other little things in there as Well that needs a Spruce Up. Hopefully it will be Soon!  b33

Wish the Tech Department worked like the Customer Service Department.. o WAIT I don't think they know what that is.   8 years with the,   and looking to find a new service provider.

Original above, and after re-reading i believe it came across wrong.   Verizon Tech team...you guys have helped me countless times,   i appreciate each and every time.   Its just the few bad eggs in the "service" area that tends to lead to people like me who has done nothing but gotten people to switch to your service, but when something is unfair its unfair and i just called it like i saw it.   Sorry and i Hope no hard feelings... I just could not get over the LACK of service from Customer Support on someone using my phone to make phone calls through a malicious app.  I am so sorry once again and thank you for everything you guys have helped me with...  Thanks again.,
