terrible service

I have been on hold for 50 minutes. Your service is terrible. I hate to have to call verizon because there is nobody to talk to. I have been trying to reactivate my daughters line, who is returning from studies in Central Asia. Your service has been terrible for 20 years, I have 5 numbers on my account. Maybe it is time I check with TMobile. Loyal customers on auto pay are worth taking care of. Maybe your time has come and gone. Nobody cares any more...so sad.
