Hello, I have a new Verizon phone and it is all set up except for the phone number. I am transferring my phone number to Verizon. The representative took my account number and transfer pin. The phone is all set up but It is not showing my phone number on the Verizon phone.

Sometimes, you may need to correct some information on the port request as well, and you can also call the Port Center at 888-844-7095. They are available Mon - Fri from 8am - 11pm ET, Sat from 8am - 10pm ET, and Sun from 10am - 8pm ET.
