How do I stop my calls from going straight to voicemail. I tried the *73 but that did not give me any options to set up or stop.

Dialing *73 was a great to step to make sure your device is not set up for call forwarding which can impact the retrieval of your phone calls. Letโs continue to work on this. Can you please let us know when was the last time you were able to receive a phone call opposed to it going straight to voicemail? Also, please provide us the make/model of your device and provide us more details on what type of voicemail you use on your device (basic by dialing *86 or Visual voicemail)?
