I have signed up for a new data plan and added autopay like it says in the yellow banner along with paperless billing to receive the discount. Then I am told that is only for unlimited data, which I can not afford, But it does not say that in the yellow banner. The message there says that all plans receive the discount.....What's up?
KARCHO72, we certainly want you to receive any promised discounts. What plan did you sign up for so we can check eligibility?
