Where to file a complaint. I added a new line this past Christmas weekend. They charge me with upfront cost. They told me it was taxes and activation fee. They said they will give me a case and screen protector as a giveaway. I told them I don't need them since I already have one. They said they will give me a MagSafe charger instead. I got home and review the receipt, and I saw them charging me 90 dollars for a MagSafe. The was the upfront cost that they were saying. Not only that but they enrolled me to apple one, Netflix, and device protection without my knowledge. So much inconvenience cancelling and calling customer service for this one. It's the season so I waited after the holidays to file a complaint.
