trying to find a specific number dialed on my usage and shows only the time. number reads 000-000-0000

How long has it been since you made the call? It can take up to 48 hours or more to show the numbers, especially if the call was routed through a non-Verizon tower. I've seen the 000-000-0000 on my usage (online), then a few days later, the correct numbers are there.
Does the actual number show on the phone call log?

I have the same question, I am looking at my current call log and see 000-000-0000. What does these mean? I have
business account with five lines and want to verify that this is not something that I will be billed additional for. Please help !!!

This can occur if you're on an older plan. With older plans, data usage was tracked as minutes of use or just via a dummy number to show the different access times. For reporting purposes, the 000-000-0000 was used to record those access times or in the cases of some plans as minutes for those plans where data usage subtracted from the minutes.
