When calling verizon antagonist often hangs up. Or tries to force callback and will never accept 0 for agent. The verizon antagonist and texting needs removed. The single biggest gripe I have. Texting is not a proper venue for business. Call discover bank for an example.

Ring-no answer or you cannot break out of the auto attendant to a live agent? What number are you calling? What time of day, which day?
