All the sudden can't receive MMS messages, videos, and group chat messages from third party(Textra) android application. Is there something I can do? Is this something Verizon needs to reset somewhere/somehow?
We are sorry to read that you are having issues with receiving MMS messages on your device, and we are here to help. Were any changes made to the device before this issue started? Can you receive these messages on the default messaging app?
