I have a Samsung Galaxy A20 I have the feature to block calls and texts. It's not working I get spam calls 6- 7 times a day I block each and every one. And they are able to leave vm !
That's the way it works. Calls blocked by the phone are only blocked from ringing the phone. Instead it sends the blocked calls directly to voicemail.
You can block specific numbers from both calling and leaving voice mail messages when you block them through your MyVerizon account online.
