Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they add a block for voicemail to that line you want it on. You need to be the account owner to authorize the request.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

We want to make sure we fully understand what you want to do, KLK8688. Do you want to remove voicemail as an option so that nobody reaches voicemail when they call your daughter's phone?

KLK8688, I can certainly understand the importance of being able to block voicemail on a device, but at this time we don't have a way to remove this feature internally. The good news is that we have other blocking services that may be just as good of an alternative. Please click on the following link with more details: http://spr.ly/6580D0bTp.
To make sure we get the root cause of the reason, can you please provide me with the reason you don't want voicemails being sent to the device? What is the device's make and model?
