after a update 5/13/21 my camera stopped working. Disappears, and a box pops up stating " Security Policy restricts camera use" or " camera cannot be used during video call"
No video calls happening. Camera was working just fine 2 days ago.
This and more occurred after the update. I have fixed all the other garbage created by the update. Yes, I shut down the phone, yes I have tried stopping the app and restarting. I'm outta ideas and Verizon has been no help.
- Anyone have an idea what to try?

Having a reliable device is very important and we're sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with video calling and your device's camera feature since its most recent software update. Software updates are intended to enhance the performance of any device, not cause its user to be inconvenience. Let's work together to resolve these matters. Have there been any other changes to your Samsung Galaxy A11? (New apps downloaded, recent SIM Card change, etc.) Have you tried rebooting your phone? RobertC_VZW
