I have been aving trouble with my Jetpack Elipsis since I bought it. I had been working with tech support via private messages. Now I try to reply to the last post they sent me and I get a message saying my private message limit has been exceeded!!!
How can I resolve this issue so I can resolve my Jetpack issue?
