All of a sudden I am unable to make outgoing calls or receive calls. I received an e-mail that when calling me, my phone goes straight to voice mail. How do I fix this?

are you connected to the network or is network selected off??
sound in drop-down menu might have "mute" selected.
I had to disable HD calling to send or receive calls.
