1. Switched to airplane mode.
2. Highlighted message.
3. Selected unlock message to delete.
4. Pressed OK to delete.
Result: no change.
5. Rebooted phone repeated steps 1. - 4. No change. What next?

Are you able to delete any text messages from your phone? Was this message locked at some point?
