Data transfer old phone to new

Should I transfer the data from old phone to new one before I activate the sim card ??

Or after the new sim card is activated ??

Hello nysurf1, I'll clarify this issue for you. No worries, you can transfer the data from your old phone to your new phone either before or after the SIM activation. -Tanisha

I prefer to setup a new phone with my accounts and settings before I activate it.
