No one can answer that for you.  If there is a Verizon store with working demo phones, I recommend going to the store and actually trying out the phones.  Handle the devices, send a text, browse a couple of websites, take a photo, make a phone call.  You won't get a real feel for the device as they are tethered to the charging port, but you'll get an idea.

Also, based on your past experience (or lack of) with one OS or another, Android or iOS may be more familiar and comfortable for you and that may determine which phone will work best.

You can do a side by side specs and feature comparison on Verizon and other sites; decide which features are crucial for you and compare to see which phone fits your specs better (camera, screen resolution, memory capacity, battery capacity, etc).

Good luck in deciding!

Neither. Nexus 6P!

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Ann is spot on. You can't beat the value of the Nexus 6p (as long as it isn't too big for you tastes) Being unlocked gives you the ability to use the Nexus with ANY domestic carrier if the need ever arises.

The other 2 phones are severely overpriced (IMO) & on top of that the S7 Edge is extremely fragile.

If someone is going to buy a flagship device such as an S7, iPhone or Lumia 950/950XL, a protective case, such as an Otterbox  should be on top of the list of must purchase accessories.

The Nexus 6P is an Android device (Google's flagship phone, manufactured by Huawei).

I Have the Nexus 6p, I used it on both Verizon and ATT.  It worked better on Verizon.  It is the same size as an iPhone 6 Plus.  Love the phone.  Never a wait for updates ever again.  Cost less than carrier phones by $200.

YOu  can get one at Best Buy.

Depends on which OS you prefer (iOS or Android).

Myself...I've had Android devices for a few years, and I'm looking to switch. I'm waiting to see what transpires next year with the anticipated Microsoft Surface Phone.

Hey Dexan, I have found myself in the same position.  I love the features of Android, especially the Samsung Galaxy line, but have also recently learned of how secure the ios system is and that is an appealing thing to note.  I currently have a note 5 and was considering paying it off and getting an S7 Edge...but from what I am hearing, the 2017 iphone is supposed to be something special.

Jackal72, I know it is hard to choose what phone to pick because they are all great. My best suggestion is to go to the store http://spr.ly/6582BqmRs and see which one fits your needs.

IT depends on what means most to you.  The Samsung will have a longer battery life, in fact I'm surprised how poor the battery life was on the iPhone 6 Plus.

I Prefer to configure my screen and use widgets, so iPhone drove me bonkers.   I've had several Samsung devices and loved all but the Note 4.  Note 3 was a better phone.

For the casual user who doesn't want any fuss iPhone is a good option.  If you want a productivity phone android is a better one.

I Lean toward android, but if your used to iPhone, it might be an unpleasant change.

Yea, I'm much more used to android and I think I may go with the galaxy s

line....unless a crazy awesome note 6 comes out first! I'm into the new

every year plan the s line offers.

For me, as a life-long Mac user, the iPhone makes the most sense. I've had iPhones since the 4s, having come from 10+ years with BlackBerry. I've used Android and WM sporadically during that time but always ran back to my beloved BlackBerry. After that BlackBerry period I finally tried an iPhone 4s and made the switch.

I find the iPhone to be reliable and robust, getting everything done that I need in mobile. But it's not exciting. Most features while not the best out there are still plenty good enough for me. Like the camera. It's very good, but there are better camera phones out there. Same thing with the screen - it's good but not the best. What the iPhone really offers is a solid B+/A- in everything. And iOS gets almost every app first.

The one place the iPhone excels is in the overall user experience. Full ecosystem and the smoothest in-app performance. iOS apps seem to work better than the same app on other platforms. This is a very general statement but it's been made by Android users as well as users of other platforms. I can see this in the Starbucks app when I'm paying with my iPhone and see an Android user doing the same thing in front of me. The iPhone app looks more polished, transitions work more smoothly.

The real kicker for me though is the rest of my family uses iPhones, so I do too. Being able to see where my wife and kids are via Find My Friends is real convenient. Just one time when you get a call from a son or daughter at night saying, "I got a flat tire and I'm not sure where I am. It's a back road in Rockaway, but it's residential and I don't see any street signs," makes you a believer.

I would go with the nexus like that stated, but if you have other apple devices go with the iPhone makes life more simple.

I Had to get an iPhone for work. I have the 6s plus. I also have an iPad and iPod. I love my phone. I can't see going back.

No matter what you decide to try, just don't make a judgement based on using a mid-range phone or a low-end phone. Especially with Android. The user experience with Android varies tremendously from "flagship" caliber device to mid-range device. Apple doesn't really make a mid-range device, unless you want to get a used iPhone 5 or 5s now.

Agreed.... The Nexus 5x is not interchangeable with the 6p.  The extra $100 is worth it.

I took the project Fi promo and I think I paid $270 shipped for the 32GB model. Of course I activated then next day canceled the plan. I think the base model you'd pay around $230ish iirc.

I Didnt think to that....  because Fi wouldn't work where I live.  Didn't consider the extra couple bucks for the bargain was a good idea
