We recently got my daughter the gizmo watch. How can we allow other trusted contacts to text her and her text them back? I'm very frustrated, since this was a key selling point of this watch.
There is no option in the hub to add a trusted contact as a "Gizmo Buddy" so she can text them.
I don't blame you for reaching out about messaging. To be sure, is the Gizmo watch able to message at all?

Yes the watch can text both guardians, but nobody else.
