Hi xo-1,

Please complete the following steps to ensure the persistent location notification sound and notification is disabled:

  1. Settings > Apps
  2. Tap on 3 dots at the top right hand corner > select show system
  3. Select System UI > tap App notifications
  4. Tap VZW
  5. Change the importance to Low:No sound or visual interruption

Rymax,

It's important to be able to change your device settings when you need to. I would like to clarify a few details to make sure we are on the same page.

What exactly are you attempting to do (what notifications are you trying to disable)? Are the settings greyed out when you go to the main settings icon? Have you made any changes to the software or downloaded a new app recently?
