Is anyone else having this issue with their Note 2?? I take the battery out, restart it and it's still being very slow. Freezes up too. My phone, my husband's phone, kids phone, and a friend too.
You may need to wipe the cache partition and/or do a factory reset. Unlike wiping the cache partition, the factory reset will delete your personal data. Let me know if you need more information.
