ONLINE EXCHANGE....okay so I got my note 7 through the trade in program in a local verizon store. I traded in my S5, got a trade in value, sent back my S5 in the box i received and got the note 7.I did the replacement exchange on my first note 7 as well after it went on recall the first time. So now I am having to exchange the replacement. In the instructions for the online order, is it that verizon is going to send us(customers) a box for us to put the recalled note 7 in after we choose the device we want to exchange the note 7 for and then we are to go without a phone until you guys send the phone we selected for the exchange?. How long is this process in full and can you break it down a little more step by step about the online exchange. I received a texted from the (9000..) verizon number saying " Exchanging your note 7 online instead of visiting a store will be the most efficient way to get a new device". That's why I want to know the step by step online exchange process please.
