How do I connect to WiFi with a password? The Moto X doesn't allow PW input as previous Droids.

I have read several posts about connecting a mobile phone to WIFI on a Verizon Jetpack. The advice from the agents always seems to be the same as what I was told by an agent in a online chat, which amounts to deleting the phone's profile for the jetpack connection (because it might be corrupt), then entering all the information again. 😵 I went through the whole process three times, but the password was rejected each time. And I know I was using the correct password. I think there is some type of deep incompatability problem here and that Verizon doesn't know what it is so it keeps dishing out advice that doesn't work. One of the responses I saw in this forum was exactly the same as the response I was sent by Gem, in an online chat.

BOOM!! I believe you have hit it, exactly 💯% correct. Not only for the issue being discussed here but for all issues at hand concerning "VERIZON" & their customers concerns. Just saying, if anyone can please prove me wrong, I will take full accountability for my misspoke words, something 'VERIZON" has not nor will not ever do. "VERZON'S" answer to all "I am sorry." Good luck ,I hope you are able to get your issue taken care of.
