How do I get my ICE contacts to appear on my lock screen on TCL SIGNA

I discovered the answer: 

Go to SETTINGS - Select ABOUT PHONE - Select EMERGENCY INFORMATION - enter ICE contacts.  

I've been trying to do this for days! Hope this saves someone else lots of time.
