How do I stop a phone from being able to call 1-800 numbers

I have a phone line that needs to have the ability to make 1-800 numbers restricked. 

Is there a way to not allow a phone dial 800 numbers?

That is a great question. With regard to restricting outbound calls, we do not have a way to process that allows this to be completed. We do have an option to block calls from coming in which is our call filter option.
