upgraded from dumb phone to lg g3. Did backup assistant before upgrade but don't know how to download them to new phone. Help!

On the LG G3, make sure you have added your Verizon backup/cloud account to the phone in main settings-accounts. You can either add or click the Verizon account tab and it will walk you through the setup. After you are set up and logged in, you should be able to restore contacts.
