I just switched to a new Dura Force 2, and the phone quality been told is "like I'm in a tunnel", my old Dura Force (1st generation) was great, but the Dura Force 2, not sure what the problem is. Verizon is sending me a new sim card, but I doubt that fixes the issue. My friend had a similar issue on a different cell service (Ting), and we realized his network settings were wrong, and he called the company and they fixed it, so we'll see what Verizon can do to help, in the meantime I put the sim card back in my old phone and it works great, but I'd like to use the new phone I bought...
