While doing absolutely nothing to the phone, a pop up screen saying "listening" pops up. HOW CAN I STOP THAT FROM HAPPENING. That's my first problem. My 2nd problem is when listening to YouTubeRed, a pop up screen tells me that listening to loud music may causee hearing problems. Then It turns down the volumn and I can't turn it back up.
