We are having internet issues so I tried using my phone as a mobile hotspot. I've changed every setting imaginable, but I always get the same thing - Tethering: Authentication Error.
This is confusing because I'm not tethering nor does it give me any way to authenticate anything. Is there something I'm missing?

Have you been able to use the service in the past on this device?
