LG Lucid won't update

I kept receiving the following error reason code: 410 when I apply the latest software update.

Firmware version is VS840ZV8.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey there twong,

Lets keep your phone up to date and running smoothly.  Currently your device should be on software version VS840ZV9. If you are still getting that error code I would recommend using the alternate method using the Software Upgrade Assistant tool,http://vz.to/17G5ln3.
